Joe D'Amico, Interim Chief Financial Officer
Joe D’Amico joined Bridgepoint Education in October 2017. As Interim Chief Financial Officer, he oversees and facilitates all of the company’s financial operations. Mr. D’Amico is also assisting the Executive Leadership Team in a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint Education, Mr. D’Amico served as the Senior Advisor to the Executive Chairman for Vocado, LLC. Mr. D’Amico previously held several positions at Apollo Education Group from 2006-2013, including President, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President. Mr. D’Amico also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Apollo Education Group in 2015 and assisted the company in finding a permanent Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. D’Amico was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc. and a Partner at PwC.
Mr. D’Amico is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois.
