Kenneth I. Juster
Kenneth I. Juster has served as a director of our company since August 2016. Since 2010, Mr. Juster has been a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus LLC, where he focuses on a range of issues including political risk, global public policy, and regulatory matters relating to the firm’s investment activities and portfolio companies as well as environmental, social, and governance initiatives. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Juster was Executive Vice President of law, policy and corporate strategy at salesforce.com from 2005 to 2010. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Juster served as U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce. Previously, Mr. Juster held positions as Senior Partner at Arnold & Porter, Counselor (Acting) of the U.S. Department of State, and Deputy and Senior Adviser to Deputy Secretary of State Lawrence S. Eagleburger, and served as a law clerk to Judge James L. Oakes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Juster also serves as a director of Gold Reserve, Inc. He holds an AB in Government from Harvard College, a Master in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and a JD from the Harvard Law School.
